Supashock’s Automated Load Handling System (ALHS) is a pioneering technical solution that enables the automated loading and unloading of containers, modules and flat racks onto military trucks. The ALHS is operated both safely and efficiently from within the safe confines of a fully protected truck cabin in a combat environment.
It is the world’s fastest and safest load handling system for logistics trucks, our innovative design has improved flexibility for varying load types and a higher payload margin.
The cycle time of loading and unloading ISO containers/modules with the ALHS is minimum of 2 times faster than current in-service load handling systems.
In the field the ALHS is likely to be 3-4 times faster. This allows the vehicle to spend less time in hostile areas, further increasing survivability.
Due to the simplified operation of the ALHS, less training is required for the crew which further creates value for professional military customers.
ADVANCED LOGISTICS HANDLING
SYSTEM
The automated system has several integral mechanical degrees of freedom combined with a simple and easy to operate computer-assisted user interface. This makes the task of loading a container easy in all conditions.
The automatic twist locks can be partially released to reduce transmission of torsion into sensitive payloads, while traversing extreme off-road obstacles.
The ability to load ISO containers without access to bottom corner fittings eliminates the need to clear blocked or obstructed fittings, which are common in military operational environments.
HOOK LOADER
Loading cycle time reduced up to 75% compared to conventional hook loaders. Loads a STANAG Flat Rack using automatic switch over.
CONTAINER LOADER
